The Market Isn't Just for Summer

A lot of Syracuse thinks the Regional Market shuts down when the leaves fall. Not us. All winter long we're frying fresh donuts and pouring hot coffee and mulled cider every Saturday and Sunday, inside an enclosed, heated shed. Come in from the cold!

Our Story

Rich "Hoss" Lickfield first came to the CNY Regional Market selling pizza to promote his Cicero pizza business. After about eight years, he switched to coffee and donuts in 2011, and the Regional Donut Authority was born.

Today his son Logan runs the day-to-day, and plenty of customers tell us we're their first stop at the market.

"There are very few places these days where you can get a freshly made donut. I believe that when a customer takes a bite out of one of our fresh, hot donuts and it melts in their mouth, it takes them back to their childhood when their parents or grandparents would get them fresh donuts or even fry them up at home.
